The Boiling Spring Lakes Library Commission offers library shelf sponsorship to the community and its friends as a means to raise funds to purchase library materials. Since the City of Boiling Spring Lakes is a tax-exempt governmental organization as defined by the IRS, donations to the City qualify for maximum deductions for income tax purposes. Donations to the City should specify that the contribution is for the Library Commission.
The Library Commission will solicit two levels of sponsorship: $30.00 semi-annual donations or $50.00 annual donations. Sponsorships will begin the first day of the month following receipt of donations and will last either six months or twelve months. A plaque listing sponsors will be hung within the Library.
Sponsorship donations may be paid with cash or checks made payable to the City of Boiling Spring Lakes Library Commission. Information needed for sponsorship is: name, address, phone, email, amount enclosed and name to be placed on the plaque.
