The City of Boiling Spring Lakes is currently accepting bids for the removal of Vegetative Debris and C&D (Construction and Demolition) Debris for the tropical, winter and nor’ eastern storm seasons through June 30, 2026. Bidder’s instructions and proposal forms may be obtained from the City of Boiling Spring Lakes, 9 E. Boiling Spring Road, Southport, NC 28461, or by contacting Ms. Nancy Sims, City Clerk, at (910) 363-0024. Documents may also be downloaded from the City of Boiling Spring Lakes’ website at https://www.cityofbsl.org. Sealed bids will be addressed to: City Manager and marked “DEBRIS REMOVAL CONTRACT” City of Boiling Spring Lakes, 9 E. Boiling Spring Road, Southport, NC 28461. Deadline for submittal of bids will be 1:00PM on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at which time the bid opening and reading will take place by City Staff. Interested parties are recommended to attend the Pre-bid Conference scheduled at 1:00PM on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 in the City Hall. The City of Boiling Spring Lakes reserves the right to reject any or all project proposals.
