A special meeting of the Board of Commissioners will take place on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in chambers at City Hall, 9 East Boiling Spring Road, Boiling Spring Lakes, NC and is for the purpose of holding a discussion regarding the Highlands.
